PEPR invests both directly and indirectly, through its investment in ProLogis European Properties Fund II, in top-quality, modern, distribution facilities strategically located across Europe. As at 30 September 2008, PEPR’s combined portfolio comprised 364 buildings, covering 6.0 million square metres in 12 European countries, with a net open market value of €6.0 billion.
